Ashton Park stormwater flooding

Described 22 months of flooding, mud, and debris from the D.R. Horton site, including water in neighbors' garages and erosion damaging roads, and asked the city to formally review the developer's drainage compliance, pause permits, and require immediate cleanup.

Said the city's engineering plan has failed and the developer isn't remediating; warned that silt is filling Tristan Pond, culverts are overwhelmed where children play, and residents may pursue litigation if no solution is found.
