Stormwater erosion onto Pawnee Drive property

A resident of 1100 Pawnee Drive reported that stormwater — including water from recently drained fire hydrants — is eroding the cleared property and washing toward homes, and asked whether the city has any control over drainage before a development plan is submitted.
